Die Auslieferung in die Länder der EU erfolgt innerhalb von 3-6 Tagen. Die Dauer einer Lieferung in Länder außerhalb der EU ist abhänging vom Bestimmungsland und kann unter diesem Link eingesehen werden

Ab einem Bestellwert von 49,00 € (inkl. USt.) ist der Versand innerhalb von Deutschland kostenfrei. Bei Bestellungen unter 49,00 € (inkl. USt.) berechnen wir 4,99 €.

Die Kosten für den internationalen Versand werden ja nach Produkt und Bestimmungsland im Warenkorb angezeigt und liegen zwischen 9,99 € und maximal 59,99 €.  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new product. We therefore guarantee that we will refund the purchase price for products returned to us within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

Returning an order from Germany is free of charge. Please use the return label provided (from DHL) for the return shipment. It would help us a lot if you could tell us on the return label why you were not satisfied with the product.

If you do not use a DHL return label, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. 

You can then conveniently post your return parcel at a DHL branch or a DHL parcel store. Please be sure to keep the proof of posting.
